|
Saturday, 04 September 2010 |

After a fantastic round of 66, Steve Sinclair has taken the outright lead at the halfway mark of the 2010 Club Championships. Steve is looking to add to his trophy cabinet having won the title in 2004 and 2005.
His closest pursuer is 7-time champion Cameron Smyth. Cameron is 4 shots back after his second consecutive round of 71.
Alex Wall leads the Junior Championship after a solid round of 74 in windy afternoon conditions. He's now 7 shots clear of Brendan Barry.
The Senior Championship looks like being a three-horse race. Steve Watkinson is out in front but both Neal Bishop and Bob Watson are more than capable of making up the deficit.

Saturday, 14 August 2010 |

Brendan Barry has won the final of the 2010 Captain's Trophy. The match went all the way to the 18th with Brendan edging out defending champion Justin Cooke by a margin of 1 up.
It's certainly been a fun ride for Brendan. Not only did he win his first honour board event, he had the pleasure of defeating his more highly fancied grandfather in an earlier round.
Well done to everyone who competed. The full draw can be viewed here.
