Course Modifications - Approaches & Run-Off Areas |

| By now, many of you will have encountered the course modifications that were recently applied to approaches to and run–offs away from the greens. |
| While these newly mown areas bear a distinctly brown appearance at present, rest assured they will return to a rich green colour within a month. |
| The changes, approved by the Board of Directors, were made following thorough consultation between our Club’s Head Professional Shayn Barnham, Greens Superindent Barry Lemke and Greens Director David Buckle. |
| We have acted in response to feedback from members regarding the length of the rough and the difficulty in running a ball up onto a green. We have tried to make the course more “friendly” but have left some challenges to take into account the “risk and reward” nature of the great game of golf. |
